The hotel is located close to the train station, a lot of supermarkets around, the city center is walking distance or by metro, you can get the short distance, the breakfast is plenty and tasteful, comfortable beds, the staff is very good too, my only suggestion will be to put a door in the bathroom for privacy if you are traveling with a relative or a friend, is difficult to get dress and take a bath. Tips: if you are coming by plane I use the Lufthansa Bus from the airport to the hotel and it was inexpensive and fast, and walking distance to the hotel, you don't need to travel with this airline to use it, just paid your fare, also walk a little further to the city center and the restaurant options are better.

We stayed as a couple to go to a music concert and visit the city. The hotel is clean with a decent breakfast. Whilst the area that it is in is transient, it is well located for the train station (5 mins walk if that) and the city centre. It also close the some of the better beer halls that are not the traditional tourist traps. Nice place with a small gym and sauna.

Buyers beware. At 21:45 I booked a room at this hotel. I realised immediately that this was the wrong night (tonight) and by 21:48 I tried to change the reservation to tomorrow night. It is impossible to drive 500 miles to get to the hotel by 22:00. I was told the reservation could not be changed to tomorrow night as their system would not allow it. Conclusion, book this hotel with extreme care. They clearly have disdain for their customers. If they treat their customers in this manner I dread to think what the hotel is like and the way they treat guest when they arrive. It is a disgrace.

The two best things I can say about this hotel concern the location and their staff. The staff was kind and efficient, and if you’re going to Oktoberfest or the Christmas markets it can’t be beat. It was only about a 20 minute walk for me to get to the Christmas markets from the location, and I felt safe the whole time. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away and it’s easy to navigate. Plus, there are several grocery stores within a block or two for you to be able to pick up items. My TV never worked correctly for the four days I stayed there. On the second day they sent a maintenance person, who looked at it, shrugged and said, “Weather”. I don’t travel to watch television, but in the evenings it’s nice to have, and it was disappointing when only about 4 to 6 channels worked for the entire time I was there. However, the biggest disappointment was with the dynamic pricing utilized by the hotel - and the clear price gouging being done to people stuck in a bad situation. I was supposed to be there for three days, but on the second day the biggest December snowstorm in Munich in decades hit – over a foot and a half of snow. The airport and the train station were both closed, and given the hotel’s proximity to the train station, there were a number of very weary, upset and frazzled travelers who were stuck for the night trying to find rooms. I had paid about €180 a night for my room – on the night of the snowstorm, they were charging people via their website €470 for the night. I could tell by the second day I was going to need to extend out a night, so I booked the following evening for €185. The next morning, there were two female travelers at the front desk clearly distressed over being stuck for several days trying to get a room – the price they were quoted was €400 a night. I understand how dynamic pricing works, but for the corporate staff at this hotel to put in place a program that gouges travelers at a very desperate moment is unconscionable. I’ll never stay at this hotel chain again as a result.

Great hotel at a great price, recommend. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and spacious (we had a junior suite), bathroom updated and great size for Europe. Zero complaints on the room. The staff at the hotel in general were very nice & helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and restocked constantly. The only negative is the immediate area (we are talking 2 blocks around). It has construction sites on either side, which has made the area "feel" a little more "grungy" than it might be normally. I will note that we felt completely safe the entire time...it's just a bit of an eye-sore, one that will eventually be resolved. Happily, we also noticed NO noise disturbance from the construction site. The subway/underground is 1.5 blocks from the hotel, the main train station 2 blocks. Super convenient for traipsing around the city. Would definitely stay here again, no question. Highly recommend.
